Lallemand Bio-Ingredients proudly funds the Giract European PhD in Flavor Research Awards

We recently received an exciting update from Giract regarding Claire A. de March, winner of the 6th Edition of the Giract European PhD in Flavor Research Awards (Final‑Year Award). Claire has contributed to publishing the first experimental structures of human odorant receptors in Nature—a major milestone, especially considering she was modeling their theoretical structures at the time of her award. She also shared that she now serves on the organizing committee for the 2026 ECRO meeting in Paris and has since opened her own lab there.
