Lallemand Bio-Ingredients Food Enzymes Announces Distribution Partnership with United Chemicals Inter Aneka (Member of Omya Group) in Indonesia
United Chemicals will supply Indonesian baking industry customers with the full Nutrilife® enzyme range, strengthening Lallemand’s presence in Southeast Asia.
Zug, Switzerland – March 3, 2026 – Lallemand Bio-Ingredients Food Enzymes is pleased to announce a new distribution agreement with United Chemicals, a leading distributor of specialty ingredients in Indonesia.
Through this partnership, United Chemicals will provide commercial and technical support for Lallemand’s Nutrilife® baking enzyme range, renowned for its ease of use, high performance, and formulation flexibility.
The collaboration will highlight two major segments:
- Freshness solutions- such maltogenic amylases for enhanced softness and extended shelf life
- Dough improver ingredients- including xylanases, phospholipase, glucose oxidase, fungal alpha amylase, and protease- to comprehensively improve dough machinability, handling properties, and overall baking performance
