Savory Ingredients is a finalist in this competition with Engevita® HiPRO Beyond, a yeast protein with a neutral taste, a complete amino acid profile, 80% purity, and the ability to be incorporated into various food matrices without causing undesirable rheological changes. We hope to receive great feedback on our product throughout the event (Lallemand booth 446), but winning an award would be a fantastic recognition for the entire team.
