The European Association for Specialty Yeast Products (EURaSYP) has joined the InnovProtein Alliance, a collaborative platform dedicated to advancing innovation and sustainability in the field of alternative proteins.
By joining the InnovProtein Alliance, EURaSYP reinforces its commitment to promoting the role of specialty yeast and yeast-derived ingredients in addressing global food challenges, including protein diversification and nutritional enhancement. This partnership aims to support knowledge-sharing and collaboration between key players in the alternative protein ecosystem—from research institutions to ingredient producers and food manufacturers.
