A deficiency in only one micronutrient may contribute to inflammatory arthritic conditions affecting the joints, the tissues surrounding the joints and the connective tissues. Abnormalities in vitamin D, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus levels affect bone metabolism.

Lalmin® Magnesium

Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, affecting neurotransmission and muscle contraction, including heart muscle contraction. Adequate levels of magnesium are essential for the absorption and metabolism of vitamin D and calcium therefore supporting healthy bones and teeth.

Lalmin® Mg40 contains 4% magnesium. 1g will provide 40mg of magnesium.

Lalmin® Senior

Contains elevated levels of B-Complex Vitamins and Vitamin D. 500 mg of Lalmin® Senior provides significant amounts of these bioavailable nutrients with a positive effect on bone and overall health.

B-complex vitamins help reduce tiredness and fatigue and also support normal psychological function. Vitamin D maintains normal bone and muscle. In the presence of calcium, vitamin D helps to reduce the loss of bone mineral in post-menopausal women.

Lalmin® Vitamin D

Vitamin D regulates calcium absorption and stimulates mineralization of bone and teeth. Deficiency is associated with cardiovascular disease, hypertension, stroke, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, osteoporosis, periodontal disease, macular degeneration, asthma, mental illness, propensity to fall, and chronic pain.

Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast naturally converts ergosterol (endogenous to yeast) into ergocalciferol (vitamin D2), a vegan source of vitamin D.

Lalmin® Vita D contains 200μg (8000 IU) vitamin D per 1g. 75mg will provide 15µg of vitamin D.

Lalmin® Vita D 2M contains 500μg (20,000 IU) vitamin D per 1g. 30mg will provide 15µg of vitamin D.
