All the products supplied by Lallemand Bio-Ingredients is propagated from the microbial strain: Saccharomyces cerevisiae , rigorously checked and analyzed for its identity and purity. According to our historical files and analytical data, we have no direct or indirect evidence that any of our strains kept in our culture collection and produced on our premises has ever been genetically modified. Ingredients used in the production of the above mentioned product have either received certification from our suppliers affirming they have been manufactured in such a manner that genetically modified organisms are not incorporated in their production and/or have tested negative by Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) testing. Based on the information we received from our suppliers and current European legislation (regulations 1829/2003/EC and 1830/2003/EC), the hereby mentioned product is considered to be non-GMO product.
